Brilliant service. We have recently experienced problems with the alarm in our new home. I rang Joe on a Sunday morning and he arrived to help within an hour! We were having problems with our old hard wired alarm system, I phoned TM Security and spoke to Joe the owner of the company he said that he’d call round the next day which he did at the arranged time, as I expected the alarm was beyond repair.Joe gave me a price for a new wireless system which we had no problem with, we arranged for installation the next week Joe turned up on time and fitted the new system no mess no hassle, after the installation Joe stayed with us until we were completely comfortable with the set up and operation of the system he also helped us with down loading it onto our phones.Really nice genuine man I would have no trouble recommending him.And when he opened up the old panel the installation date was 1998 no wonder it was beyond repair 🙈 thank you Joe we are very pleased with our new alarm system.I must add that at no time was there any pressure to have a new system.Thanks againShaun and Val Nee

Joe is an absolute professional. He may have missed my call but followed up with an immediate phone call and was able to accommodate me within the same day. New in-house system installed without fuss, with an additional wireless sensor fitted in the garage. What's great is that I now have an alarm system that is mine, and I'm not tied into an unwanted service contract. Can't recommend Joe enough. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent service by Joe, who serviced my alarm and fitted a new battery. The alarm was installed many years ago by someone else, so Joe checked it all out, reprogrammed it, fitted a new battery and made sure it was working perfectly, explaining everything to me. He didn’t try to talk me into having a new alarm system, as he said, why change something that isn’t broken. I am very pleased with the outcome and the very reasonable price, and have no hesitation in recommending Joe

Would highly recommend Joe he did a first class job on our Motorhome alarm nothing was too much trouble,his work was first class and he was very tidy throughout the fitting.
